7-Day Return Policy


- Products can be returned within a span of 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items to be returned must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Gift cards
- Customized products

Initiating a Return

- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care at with your order reference number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.

Inspection and Approval

- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition of the product(s).
- Following approval, we will initiate the refund or exchange process as per your preference.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund. Reach out to our Customer Care to facilitate this.

After Dispatch

- If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Allow a processing time of 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when initiating the return. We will assist you in choosing an alternative product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.
